what the engine actually does.
The Authority Engine is the first of the three systems in the VODPOD Authority System, and it is the one that happens in the room. It is professional podcast and video capture, in our San Antonio studio or on location, designed from the first question so that a single recorded conversation yields an entire content ecosystem rather than one episode.
Most expert content fails before the camera is on. The topic is too broad, the questions invite generic answers, and the result is an hour of footage with nothing sharp enough to clip. The Engine fixes that at the capture stage. We hunt for the two or three positions only you will say, engineer the format and the questions around them, and run the session so every segment is usable raw material for the Content Multiplier downstream.
You show up and talk. We handle the cameras, lighting, sound, direction and the session plan. The output is broadcast-quality long-form media, chaptered and logged, that becomes the source for everything that follows.
