These terms govern your use of vodpodmedia.com and the assessments, booking tools and content on it, all operated by VODPOD MEDIA LLC ("VODPOD"). By using the site you agree to them. Production, consulting and content services are governed by a separate proposal or statement of work, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.

You may use the site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to scrape it at volume, attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorised for, submit false information through our forms, or use the site to send unsolicited communications. We may suspend access for misuse.

The AI Business Assessment and Content Multiplier Assessment are free tools that produce a general indication of fit and opportunity based on the answers you give. They are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice and should not be relied on as such. Booking a call creates no obligation on either side beyond showing up.

The site, its copy, design, video and the names VODPOD MEDIA, Authority Engine, Content Multiplier and Authority OS are owned by VODPOD MEDIA LLC. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the site, or present our work as your own, without written permission.

Ownership of media and content we produce for a client transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the statement of work. VODPOD retains the right to describe the engagement and to show the work in its portfolio unless the statement of work says otherwise. Raw footage and project files are handled as described in the statement of work.

The site uses Cal.com for scheduling, Google Analytics for measurement and embeds assets from other providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

The site and its free tools are provided as-is. We aim to keep information accurate and current but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Results from content and AI initiatives depend on many factors outside our control; past outcomes described on the site are not a guarantee of future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VODPOD MEDIA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or its free tools. Liability under a paid engagement is set out in the applicable statement of work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
